Readers' annotations
In the margin between fol. [2]v and fol. [1]r, an early modern annotation in Dutch can be read: 'Jan de groot sij [...] vt ips [Christus?] dicit op die [...] op beest de anno q[...] xxx 91 [...] 15 feb[ruario]'.

The fragment could therefore possibly have been owned by one Jan de Groot at one point.
Readers' annotations
Across the fragment, several phrases in Latin are written in a 15th-century littera gothica hybrida ('[...]odo coronantur', 'Domine ihesu christe', 'alleluya', fol. [1]v-[2]r). These might have been probatio pennae.
