Provenance
Fragments were at one point used as a cover for unidentified registers, as can be attested through the later-added inscription on fol. [1]v: '[...] de ca[xxx] Super f[...]'.
Provenance
After being used as a cover, the fragment was cut into strips and used in the binding of a register by Johannes van Harelbeke, provisor of Parc Abbey ('Ontfanck 1571-1572'). It is not known when the fragments were removed from that volume.
