Fol. [1]v contains the later-added annotation 'Keijserbosch' in pencil, referring to Keizerbosch, a Norbertine nunnery founded by Averbode Abbey (nowadays in Neer, The Netherlands). The fragment was possibly used in the binding of a document relating to this nunnery.

Fol. [1]r contains a red plain initial and a rubric with (remains of) added silver. Plain blue initial (fol. [1]v), plain red versal (fol. [1]v). Red colour stroking.
