Provenance
Fragments were both used as binding for archival registers. In the case of fol. [3]-[4], the bifolium was used for 'Registers and Protocols' related to the town court of Rupelmonde for the years 1590-1593, according to a provenance note on fol. [3]r.
Readers' annotations
Fol. [2]v has an early modern pen drawing of a woman wearing a ruff in its margin.
Provenance
Fol. [1]-[2] was presumedly also used as a binding register related to laws and regulations; fol. [1]r has the note 'Den Pegels van Broode' ('the allowed sizes of bread').
