Fol. [7]v contains the name 'Johannes Doultremanus Namuriensis / Spero meliora Anno Dominis 1591'. It can therefore be assumed that the fragments were kept in Namur around 1591, and that a certain Johannes d'Oultremont owned the host volume the fragments were kept in.
The name 'Johannes Doultremanus' is also written on fol. [8]v.
